Coheed and Cambria

Wednesday 23rd November

Our mate Devin (not the girl Devon, but the guy, who she works with on Reef tank at SLP) had some tickets to see an American rock band named Coheed and Cambria who have a single out here at the moment. So along we went and had a really wicked night of jumping about. The support band was excellent also, but whose name I cannot publish now that my Granny is logging on and reading the blog!! They were more rap rock and nor funky that the heavier band they were supporting, and I infact preferred them, and bought a CD on my way out.

On the way there we saw a beautiful sunset but it dissappeared so fast once we managed to pull the car over to get a picture!! (above and below)

This is the support act. We managed to get right to the front but then the mosh pit started getting really rough and pushy and we were getting the air literally squeezed out of our bodies, so we had to fight our way back a bit so we would have more space for jumping around!

The lead singer from Coheed and Cambria, who had MASSIVE hair! Unfortunately the pic has come out rather too dark too appreciate it.

The light show was really good.
