Hiking in Waimanalo

Ok, so here are my snaps from when D and I went hiking locally. Those who have read the monster email I sent round will already know all about it!

I'm hoping Devon will look this flower up and tell me what it is...

Wind fallen guavas littering the trail. To my delight, many were as yet un-munched by wildlife, so I helped myself to the delicious fruits as we trekked. Guavas are bright pink inside and very purfumey. They have a strong flavour and scent and are, I think, and aquired taste. D wasn't keen, anyway.
